Taking Google Draw Beyond Drawing and into the World of Language

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Explore the possibilities of Google Draw in the classroom. Learn how to use Google Draw to provide opportunities for your English Learners (and all your students) as a platform for communication and to "show what they know." Create technology enhanced items that can be shared through Google Classroom, giving students one on one practice with clicking & dragging, hot spot text selection, tech enhanced graphic organizers, and reorganizing information. Direct students to use technology to write creatively, use visuals to enhance communication, and collaborate with their peers on presentations. Using Google Draw as a language platform enables students to stamp their work with their own unique personality and ability level, making differentiation a bit easier to accomplish for the teacher.
